Baklava

Our Baklava have 40 layers of phyllo dough, hand-rolled paper-thin. Oven-baked in our traditional metal trays. Sweetened with our famous Turkish baklava sherbet. This kind contains ground walnuts, pistachios or similar as a middle layer.

What is Baklava? For centuries it has been a favorite dessert in the Middle East, Central Asia and the Balkans, and with regional difference it traditionally made from many layers of thin filo dough with different nut and sweet fillings.
